Can I use the free plan for commercial projects?
Yes. The free plan is fully functional for commercial use. You get 3 monitors, 1 status page, and email notifications with no strings attached.
What happens if I hit my monitor limit?
You won't lose any existing monitors. You just won't be able to add new ones until you upgrade or remove an existing monitor.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you'll get prorated credit for the remaining days on your current monthly plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 14 days, contact us and we'll refund your payment in full.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. If you need multi-user access or higher limits, reach out and we'll work something out.
